I will provide you with a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) about your home, and together we can develop a solid pricing strategy to get your home sold for the right price.
We will market your home using visual photography and/or video. We have the best world-class technology available, that allow us to offer a selection of options from virtual tours and open houses to private showings when allowed according to the California real estate guidelines.

Getting to know YOU and what you are looking for is an essential part of "home matching." We will schedule a consultation, determine what your needs and wants are in a home, and make a plan.
Securing your financing online has been around for a decade. I can help you with finding a lender that you are comfortable with and get your loan pre-approval and know how much you can afford to spend.
I will keep in contact with you by phone, email, and text message about listings that match your criteria. When you find a home that you want to explore we can set up time to tour online or in person if it is appropriate.
VIRTUAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES
When making an offer or receiving offers, all documents will be signed electronically and communicate via email or through secure programs such as DocuSign.
I will go over each document in detail, prior to signing over the phone, video chat, online meeting, or in person as appropriate. It is essential that you have a complete understanding of what it is that you are signing.
Once an offer has been excepted, the bulk of the process can be done virtually as well.
